Simon Yam wants his wife as ghost

Simon Yam recently revealed that he intends to offer a role to his wife, Qi Qi if he ever makes a sequel for his directorial debut, "Tales From The Dark".



According to HK News, at the premiere screening of the said movie in Mongkok, Simon, who was accompanied by wife Qi Qi, stated that he has read two Lillian Lee's novels and is currently in discussions to adapt another story to the silver screen.



"If everything runs smoothly, I might ask Qi Qi and her model friends to guest star. She will play the prettiest ghost," Simon teased.



When asked if he would ever invite his daughter Ella to guest star in his movie, Simon said, "No, I hope when that time comes, she will be directing instead. She even asked me why I don't make children movies!"



Meanwhile, the actor expressed that he doesn't have any expectations for the movie's box office records, and said, "If we get RMB 8 million, that's pleasing enough for me."
